Congress has mandated that all of the United States must have gas and electricity completely deregulated by 2015. This means a lot of different things for all of us.
- It means that some states better get a move on, as they have not yet started the process.
- Individual states are at different levels of the deregulation process.
- It means that a lot of competition will change the gas and electric market.
- With competition comes price competition – IE, the prices will become lower.
- With competition comes competition on other aspects of energy, like cleaner and renewable energy sources.
- It means getting cleaner and renewable sources of energy will be a sales point motivating companies to offer more of this.
- It means that the gas and electric companies have to hire sales people – it is no longer given who will provide gas and electricity
- It means that a lot of people will get a huge chance to make a lot of money
There is nothing negative to be said about all of this – except I wish they would all start to move faster!

How do you find out the deregulation process of each state to know when they will be in complete compliance with the 2015 law?

Nice site and a good job with it. I have secured two domain names. 1. powermanaging.biz & powermanaging.net but have no contents yet. I also started with Zurvita and I need to be in the loop as to when and where New States become deregulated. If you know, please e-mail me. Thanks, MM

Hey Mike,
You can find out from Zurvita exactly where each state is at with deregulation. Remember, you can only sell commercially to a state where you have been to the three hour training, and taken that test.
As far as web site development and online advertising I will be happy to answer one or two isolated questions once in a while. You can also check out my Online Advertising side.
